How the quarterly longevity process works
- Run the audit for the quarter that just ended. It reads Oviss payroll from the data lake and takes about a minute.
- Handle the warnings. Each one says what to change in Oviss. The data lake copies Oviss once a night (), so fixes show up the morning after you make them. Rerun then.
- Reconcile each pay group's totals against Paycom and tick it off. Download the CSVs if you want them in Excel.
- Statements and emails come in a later phase. Email stays in Test mode, so nothing can reach a driver from this page.
Your ticks and notes are saved in this browser only, per quarter.
